Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use, or register for the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

1. Once any client has made payment to us for his/her/their web/app development after finalizing the deal, the client can not cancel the order in any case.
2. If some percentage amount has been received from any client after finalizing the deal and it is said that the rest amount of the total cost will be charged at the final service delivery time. The client is bound to pay the rest of the amount and if he/she/ze unable/disagrees to pay, the final product will not be delivered from our end and any amount paid before will not be refunded.

Governing Law:

Any claim relating to the services of Dezinux.com shall be governed by the laws of the Govt. of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

• Trademark Guidelines

Changes:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

• Payment Terms:
  • The exact project cost will be mentioned in the invoice that will be generated after project compilation. (Actual time taken will also be mentioned there)
  • If the customer cancels the order after starting the project for some reason, we will charge as per the completion percentage of the assigned task.
  • If the customer wants to change something in the project after starting the work, then it may or may not cost extra charges and will be discussed by both parties before considering any changes.
  • If any condition appears when we are unable to deliver the product, the customer will get a full refund of the advance payment.
  • 3 rounds of revisions are included at each phase, after that, an hourly rate (starts from ₹1000 depending on the task) will be applied.
    • Revisions must be sent within 7 days after deliverables have been sent.
• Late Fee: If due invoice is not paid within due date mentioned in the invoice, late fee might get applied. on the invoice, and it may vary depending on the invoice value. 
• Delivery Terms:
  • After a good review of the work, deliverables will be ready to deliver.
  • Deliverables will be delivered only after full payment.
• Customers will be notified beforehand if,
  • Any complication arises.
  • Any better alternative suggested path arises.
  • If work goes over time.
  • If work goes over the upper limit of the budget.
  • We need to opt for any paid service or if we have to buy any premium products (e.g. Royalty-free assets).
  • Any other essential case scenarios if needed.
• After the delivery, we don’t save customers’ work or any credentials. So if a customer loses the job it can’t be restored from us as we believe in no personal data storage policy.
• Customer privacy is our priority so we don’t share any core elements or sensitive data with anyone.
• After the compilation of work, we suggest that customers change their credentials shared to use during the project for their ultimate safety.
• Intellectual ownership of the design will be fully transferred to the client upon final payment.
• After support assistance for 3 months from the day of completion.
• The company/developer is allowed to showcase the project in their portfolio.
